Relate
Description
Almost 1.2 million Aussie women say they know MORE about changing a tyre than menopause! And 2 in 5 women currently experiencing perimenopause say they don’t understand what’s happening to their bodies at all.*
That’s why this year, TheLight’s Relate Mental Health evening is all about Perimenopause, because prioritising your well-being has never been more important. Almost 66% of Australian women struggle with their mental health during this stage of their life, and 1 in 4 women have symptoms severe enough to disrupt daily activities. We want to help.
Now, in its 4th year, Relate will take a holistic look at this season, exploring areas such as physical health, relationships, parenting, emotional wellbeing and spiritual wellbeing. Relate will be an inspiring evening with meaningful conversations and practical insights from our incredible guest speakers, including medical professionals and experts from various fields. They will draw on their expertise and personal experiences, and will share wisdom to help you and your family thrive emotionally, physically and spiritually.
This evening is for women living through perimenopause, for the women not yet there, and for the men who love them and want to know how best to support them. You’ll leave feeling inspired, supported, and ready to take positive steps during this season. So invest in yourself and the people you love!
