Relating Circle Coolum

Join us for an intimate community space where we explore the art of relating—through the body, through presence, through shared curiosity.

The Relating Circle is co-held by Ben and Milaya in a private space in Coolum. It's a lightly guided, somatic, experiential circle to deepen our awareness and skill in all relationships: romantic, platonic, familial, and self.

We believe that real learning happens through experience. These are not lectures or classes. They’re opportunities to explore somatically, gain insight into our relational patterns, and create new, intentional ways of connecting. Sometimes you might not walk away with something “new” - but being in a space with others also committed to practicing presence and connection is medicine in itself.

Rather than talking about relating—we practice it, together.

What to expect:

• An embodied and non-judgmental space

• Themes like emotional regulation, communication, intimacy

• Insight into your relational patterns, and new ways of connecting

Here's a little about Ben and Milaya:

I’m Ben - a facilitator, bodyworker and relational guide.

I believe touch is not a luxury, but a basic human need - not only for survival, but to truly thrive.

I have witnessed the healing that true connection can bring.

Over the past decade, I’ve travelled, learned, unlearned and been shaped by many teachings - integrating wisdom from traditions, communities, and the body itself.

My work spans from eye-gazing to blindfolds, from echoing stillness to playful or intense embodied experiences - all grounded in the foundations of clear, loving boundaries and deep presence. This work involves cultivating trust and power, both essential for a liberated life.

I hold both 1:1 sessions and group containers that honour safety, curiosity, and emotional honesty. Those who’ve worked with me describe feeling a wave of calm wash over their mind while their body hums with aliveness - a space where they can let go, feel celebrated, and meet themselves more deeply.

I’m Milaya — a human deeply devoted to love, freedom, and magic.

My work is rooted in somatic sexology, woven with ritual, intuitive exploration, and relational presence.

I’m a certified Sexological Bodyworker and an Embodied Movement\Relating spaces Facilitator, drawing inspiration from modern day mystery schools and my own path of exploration.
