Conflict is a natural part of any relationship, yet most of us were never taught how to handle it effectively. When emotions flare up during disagreements with our partners, situations can quickly escalate. Often, our responses to this conflict fail to address the underlying issues, resorting instead to silence in hopes that the conflict will somehow resolve itself.

The Relationship Repair Workshop looks at the common causes of conflict and explores ways that conflict is dealt with in relationships. The missing piece for many though is resentment—how it silently builds even when there's no apparent anger. This workshop uncovers the sources of resentment, explores its corrosive effects and provides tools to identify it within your own relationships.
