Relax and Recharge: Gentle Yoga and Floating Sound Healing Journey

Our Relax & Recharge event combines gentle yoga with a floating sound healing journey for a deeply relaxing experience.
Let gentle yoga and sound healing melt away stress and promote deep relaxation. This unique experience is designed to leave you feeling weightless, refreshed, and fully renewed.
🧘♂️ BYOYM - Bring your own yoga mat! We will provide sturdy chairs or choose a spot on the grass for an enhanced grounding experience.
🛟 Floats, blankets, and small pillows will be provided for the sound healing event. To enhance your experience, you may consider bringing an eye mask. (For those who prefer not to float, poolside seating is also available.)
Please arrive by 6:45pm to settle in and prepare for 30 minutes of gentle yoga. The sound healing event will begin at 7:45pm.
Bathroom facilities are not available. Please be sure to "go" before you arrive!
This is not a "swimming" event. The only parts of your body that will get wet are your feet and mid-calves. Please wear something that can be pushed or rolled up to your mid-calves.
