    Step into an 80-minute journey of pure relaxation and rejuvenation, designed to help you unwind from the week and enter the weekend with beautiful energy and a peaceful mind. 

    Led by Coral Stone, this session invites you to be held in a mesmerizing soundscape, featuring the soothing melodies of guitar, enchanting vocals, Tibetan bowls, the grounding rhythms of the medicine drum, and more.

    Let go of the stress and immerse yourself in this deeply restorative experience. 

    Prepare to feel refreshed, balanced, and ready to embrace the weekend ahead.

    Yoga Mat or Soft Foam

    Pillow
