Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath await you!
A gentle way to nourish your mind-body & Life with the unique practice of restorative yoga and the vibrational healing sounds of crystal bowls and gongs
No experience is necessary. It is a great intro class to Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Bath.
About this Event:
Permit yourself to indulge in 90 minutes of pure bliss and relaxation. A great night to experience and share with a group of friends.
Allow your mind and body to be taken on a magical journey of restorative yoga and sound healing.
You will be in a state of bliss when you go home and be able to indulge in a beautiful night of restorative sleep.
Dawne will guide you gently through some relaxing restorative yoga poses that will help stretch away any tightness, ease feelings of tension and deeply open your body to make you feel oh so good.
While you are in a total state of pure bliss, Roz & Sascha will take you to another level of relaxation with the healing sound and vibrations of crystal bowls & gongs.
Finish off with 30 minutes of Crystal Bowls & Gong Sound Bath immersion. Lay in total relaxation and allow the sound waves of the bowls & gong to wash over your body.
You will leave the night feeling super relaxed, rejuvenated and balanced in body-mind & Life.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a deep relaxation technique that concentrates on deep breathing while holding poses supported by pillows and blankets to enable the body to rest, restore and recharge completely.
Restorative yoga may look like you are just lounging around, but what it does is allows you to rest and feel a deep connection. It teaches you how to care for yourself in a way that you are not used to.
What is a Sound Bath?
No, it doesn't involve water. Instead, you are bathed in the pure deliciousness of crystal bowls & gongs that have the power to take you to a deep meditative & blissful state.
A Sound Bath (Meditation) is a deeply powerful experience. For some, it can even be life-changing.
Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath helps with:

What to bring:
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Yoga mat
- Bolster if you have one
- Towel, pillow & blanket. This allows you to be nice & comfy and helps your body reach a deep state of relaxation.
- Water bottle
- Items that you feel will help you enhance your comfort and experience eg: eye pillow
