In a world that pulls us in countless directions, finding moments of true rest and nourishment is essential. It’s time to pause, breathe and return home to yourself.

Join Brian Berneman and Kat Purvis for a deeply restorative day retreat designed to cradle your mind, body and spirit. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect and nurture your inner landscape through a carefully curated blend of ancient wisdom and conscious practices.

Together, we will explore:

Restorative Yoga: Unwind body and mind through a gentle, meditative practice that encourages deep release, mindful awareness and a sense of inner calm.
Breathwork: Release tension and invite clarity with guided breathing practices that reconnect you to your life force.
Conscious Movement Practices: Flow gently and intuitively, reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom.
Self-Massage: Learn simple techniques to soothe and restore your body’s natural balance.
Yoga Nidra: Rest deeply and consciously through a guided meditation practice that supports profound relaxation, nervous system restoration, and inner renewal.
Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound to calm the mind and uplift the spirit.
Plant-based food: Nourish your being and ground even deeper.

This retreat is more than a day away, it's an invitation to return to your essence, a space to replenish and realign with what truly matters. Whether you seek calm, comfort or a deeper connection to yourself, this day offers a sanctuary to nourish your whole being.

Come home. Rest deeply. Nourish fully.
