Event description

Life can be busy and demanding, leaving us feeling stressed or stretched thin. Rest gives your nervous system the chance to reset and return to a state of calm.

Join me for a 50 minute session of relaxation where calm washes over you from the moment you arrive.

To begin, I guide you through a brief introduction to the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls and how they resonate with the body.

You'll then be invited to lie down on a yoga mat, allowing your body to fully relax. Through gentle breath work and a short meditation, you’ll settle into calm, allowing your mind and body to release tension. Then, as the harmonic & resonant tones of the crystal sound bowls fill the space, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation, restoring balance and inner calm.

You will leave with a sense of calm, a specially selected crystal and an affirmation card.

I am available after the session should you wish to speak with me.

Bring along anything that will make you feel super comfortable whilst lying down.

I recommend;

A yoga mat

A pillow for your head

Eye mask (I highly recommend this to maximise your experience)

A blanket for warmth and comfort

The doors open 10 minutes before (6.50pm) to enable you to settle and get comfy.

I look forward to seeing you there.

With gratitude always

Deb xx
