Join Julia for a hands‑on relaxation massage course designed to bring calm into your hands and your everyday life.

Over four evenings, you’ll learn a simple, flowing massage sequence you can use at home — for friends, family, or to unwind yourself.

This course is practical and supportive. You’ll practice on each other, build confidence with touch, and learn how to create a gentle, relaxing experience. No prior massage experience needed.

By the end of this course you’ll:

• Confidently perform a full relaxation massage sequence

• Understand safe pressure and body mechanics

• Feel more comfortable giving and receiving touch

Perfect for anyone who wants something grounding, tactile, and nourishing.
