We strive to finish on time; however, sessions may occasionally run a few minutes over.

What to Bring:

• A blanket and head pillow (optional, for extra comfort)

• Eye Pillow (optional, available for purchase at the session)

• A notebook or journal and pen (in case you would like to write any reflections after your practice)

• Water (if you prefer over tea)

No experience needed. Just come as you are and give yourself the gift of pause.

Parking:

There is a car park directly across the road from the venue on Becca Way.

Late Arrivals:

To ensure a calm and settled start for everyone, doors will close at 7:30 p.m.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept late arrivals once the session begins. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in comfortably.

Doors will be open from 7.15pm.

Participant Information & Informed Consent

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a Sunflow Wellbeing session, you acknowledge that these sessions are designed to support relaxation, calm and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

As with any wellbeing practice, individual experiences can vary. Meditation, guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra may bring awareness to different thoughts, feelings or sensations. If anything feels uncomfortable, you are always welcome to pause or stop the practice.

Our sessions are gentle, guided practices and there is never any expectation to push through discomfort. You may open your eyes, change position, pause or stop the practice at any time. Please let the facilitator know if you feel uncomfortable or need support.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, are experiencing significant psychological distress, or are unsure whether these practices are suitable for you, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare professional before attending. These sessions may not be suitable for individuals currently experiencing psychosis or schizophrenia.

Singing bowls or other musical instruments will be used as part of the sound immersion. These may not be suitable for everyone, including people with epilepsy or seizure disorders or those in the early stages of pregnancy. Singing bowls will never be placed on the body. If you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, recent surgery or fracture, please seek professional advice if you have any concerns.

Participants must not attend while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Refunds:

Tickets can be transferred to another session at the same venue within the current term (up to and including 8 December).

To transfer your ticket, simply click “Manage Order” on your ticket and select an available session.

Please note that refunds are not available for unused sessions or tickets that are not transferred within the term.
