Release and Heal

I invite you to join me for a transformative afternoon of emotional release and healing. Release what no longer serves you and reconnect with self, saying YES to you, and allowing space to relax and unwind. You will be gently guided in using various modalities for practicing self-care and surrendering to the release of pent-up frustrations and emotions.

This is a safe and supportive space where women can come together and simply be with whatever comes up without any pressure to hold it together. A space to put down whatever you are carrying for a little while, a sacred space to be witnessed for who you are, not what you do.  Releasing trapped emotions supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself and helps you feel connected to self and others. It allows you to show compassion, kindness, empathy and understanding for yourself and to love yourself. When our bodies are in balance, we feel secure and empowered to make the changes we need to and to create the lives we want.

During the afternoon we’ll be blending practices of gentle Somatic movement, primal scream therapy, sound healing and restorative yoga, and finishing with a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation. The practice will also include tools and takeaways for use in supporting you in your daily life.

We will end our journey with a grounding tea and snacks to fully support and replenish your body’s energy, nurturing a sense of peace and tranquility within.
