Autumn is the season for ‘Letting Go’, even trees know that it is beneficial to let go of what no longer serves them at this time of year. They too release and shed in preparation for hibernation and gather their energy preparing to invite in the new.
I invite you to join me for a transformative afternoon of emotional release and healing. Release what no longer serves you and reconnect with self, saying YES to you, and allowing space to relax and unwind. I will gently guide you by using various modalities in practising self-care and surrendering to the release of pent-up frustrations and emotions.
This is a safe and supportive space where women can come together and simply be with whatever comes up without any pressure to hold it together. A space to put down whatever you are carrying for a little while, a sacred space to be witnessed for who we are, not what we do. A time to return to love and compassion for self.
During the afternoon we’ll be blending practices of gentle meditation and Somatic movement, primal scream therapy, sound healing and restorative yoga, culminating with a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation. The practice will also include tools and takeaways for use in supporting you in your daily life.
We will end our journey with a grounding tea and snacks to fully support and replenish your body’s energy, nurturing a sense of peace and tranquillity within.
