We invite you to join us at Clontopia for:

RELEASE & RECONNECT: OVERNIGHT NATURE IMMERSION

WOMEN ONLY (18 - 30 YEAR OLD’s)
SATURDAY 8th FEBRUARY  - SUNDAY 9th FEBRUARY 2025

Amidst the haste of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with who we truly are, especially as women. Our world is filled with technology, the over bearing presence of social media, constantly being told who we should be and how we should act. It can be exhausting.

The purpose of this weekend is to gather young women together, to feel empowered, grounded and reconnect with themselves and the nature that surrounds them.
By the end of this journey, we hope you’ll gain a better understanding of who you are and release a version of yourself that no longer serves you.

Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can simply BE yourself.

WHATS ON OFFER:

Welcome Ceremony, Intention setting, Meditation, Yoga, Cacao, Mindfulness Bush walk, Reflection by the Lake, Optional Cold Plunge….and more.

All healthy, homemade meals included made with local and homegrown produce when available. Barista made beverages, coffee and chai served Sunday morning.

We also have Maira Crescentino joining us for our Sunday morning yoga session.
Maira did her first yoga teacher training in Argentina in 2019 (200 hours), where she learnt the foundations of yoga and teaching and graduated as a Raja Yoga teacher. Later, she completed another 200-hour training in Bali, where she had the realisation that yoga not only helps us connect with ourselves but also creates something special when shared with others. ’Creating a space where people feel safe, can connect, and explore tools for self-discovery and balance feels, to me, like a true act of love’. We feel blessed to welcome Maira to her first event at Clontopia.

Clontopia is the perfect location for this event. Situated on traditional Taungurung land, in Clonbinane, Victoria, just over an hours drive from Melbourne at the foothills of Mt Disappointment. Clontopia is picturesque, serene, full of native flora and fauna and once you arrive, you feel a million miles away.
