Release and Renew: A Circle for Mothers


Join Yara and Laura to Release and Renew in the week after the new moon. This event is crafted especially for mothers who are seeking to release the pressures of daily life through movement and shared experience. This space is an opportunity to be heard and supported in a nurturing environment. 

Meet Your Facilitators

Yara Heary, Perinatal Psychologist
Yara is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, specialising in the unique challenges and experiences of motherhood. With her extensive background in perinatal psychology, Yara is dedicated to helping mothers find their own voice and define motherhood on their own terms. Her approach is deeply empathetic, informed by her commitment to creating a non-judgmental space for mothers to explore and grow.

Laura Carroll, Yoga Instructor
Co-facilitating the circle is Laura Carroll, an experienced yoga instructor with a deep passion for women's health. Laura is currently enriching her expertise through menstrual cycle awareness training, which she integrates into her practice to teach women how to harness their natural rhythms. Her sessions empower women to live more cyclically, embracing the ebbs and flows of their bodies with grace and strength.

Together, Yara and Laura combine their expertise to create a nurturing and empowering environment, guiding you through a journey of self-discovery and renewal


What to Expect:
  • Mindful Movement and Womb Yoga: Participate in gentle yoga flows that honour your womb and celebrate feminine energy.
  • Storytelling: Explore folk stories that resonate with our lives as women and mothers, drawing wisdom and insight.
  • Sharing Time: A dedicated space for you to share your current experiences, feel supported, and truly heard.
  • Meditation and Release Rituals: Engage in guided practices that help you release what you no longer need, provide healing and clearing the way for new intentions and perspectives.

You'll Experience:
  • Emotional Release: Through yoga, meditation, and opportunities to share your experiences you'll leave feeling replenished, grounded and more connected to yourself. 
  • Community Support: Feel supported by other like minded women. There is so much power in not only sharing your own experience, but in witnessing the experiences of others. 
  • Personal Clarity: Start a new cycle with clear intentions for your mothering journey and personal growth.


What to Bring:
  • A flower or a special item for our group altar
  • A yoga mat
  • Pillows and a blanket for comfort
  • A journal if you wish to write reflections.
  • Your authentic self
  • A bottle of water
