WHAT IS 9D BREATHWORK?

💖 What to Bring:

• A water bottle

• A blanket (your temperature may shift during the session)

• Loose, comfortable clothing (avoid anything tight around your belly or diaphragm)

• A journal + pen (for reflections or messages received)

• Most importantly: an open mind and an open heart

⏰ Preparation & Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and ground.
Eat light beforehand (ideally do not eat 1-2 hours prior to your journey), stay well hydrated. Avoid stimulants (caffeine, alcohol, substances) on the day of the journey if possible. Give yourself permission to fully receive. This is your sacred space.

A breathing session may not be suitable if you experience or have experienced:

• Cardiovascular issues or abnormal blood pressure

• Epilepsy, seizures, or aneurysms

• Severe psychiatric symptoms (e.g., psychosis, paranoia, bipolar)

• Osteoporosis, recent surgeries, or glaucoma

• Pregnancy

• Asthma (please bring your inhaler)

• Emotional/spiritual crisis or untreated mental health conditions
