Our signature 2-hour breathwork experience is for anyone who's tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.

Stress has become your default mode. Tension lives in your shoulders. Your mind won't shut off at night. You're going through the motions. Sound familiar?

This session is designed to help you hit pause, let go of what's weighing you down, and reconnect with what actually matters.

This breathwork session can support you to:

Process the stress and anxiety that's been building up
Release physical tension you've been carrying in your body
Work through emotions you haven't had space to deal with
Find mental clarity when everything feels foggy / noisy
Regulate your nervous system (shift you from of survival mode to thriving mode)
Build resilience for whatever life throws at you
Sleep better and wake up actually feeling rested
Feel more like yourself again

No experience needed. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.

What is included:

Intro chat covering what to expect and breathwork technique demostration
Light-hearted, fun group connection activity (no intense eye-gazing we swear!)
45-60min conscious connected breathwork journey with powerful curated music/sounds, hands-on bodywork and breath repatterning support, and more!
5-10 min post-session integration
Private email check-in available if you need it
All equipment provided (yoga mat, bolster, pillow, light blanket)—or BYO! Note - you do not need a pillow for under your head.

Capped at 10 people so everyone gets the support and space they need.

Event Essentials:

Timing: Arrive 15 minutes early. Doors lock at start time for privacy and safety—late arrivals cannot enter (no refunds).

The Technique: Hybrid style blending Conscious Connected Breathwork and Holotropic Breathwork. You'll breathe in and out through your mouth—no complicated patterns, no breath holds.

Your Facilitator: Thea from Unearth Remedy—Certified Breathwork Practitioner (400hrs CCB, FBR) with 4+ years facilitating breathwork sessions.

Health & Safety:

This practice is not suitable if you have any of the following medical contraindictations: aneurysm, blood thinning medications, cardiovascular disease, detached retina, DID, epilepsy, glaucoma, high blood pressure, kidney disease, mental health conditions (Bipolar, BPD, Schizophrenia), pregnancy, PTSD, recent surgery (within 6 months), severe asthma, or any condition affected by intense physical/emotional release.
