Release Your Ex: Women's Circle

To the woman who is still stuck on her ex - even after all this time, even after the red flags, the questionable behaviour, the pain they've caused, the hurt.

Even when you know damn well, you shouldnt keep going back, but you do because there's just something there, that you cannot name.

Lets discuss in a safe beautiful women's circle space, what exactly it is that keeps you going back and strategies to move forward and heal.

You are not alone. You are not weak or broken, you just LOVE love! I've been there. Come along to discuss with women who are traversing the same thing, and feel seen, witnessed, heard and held.

There will be exercises and strategies to assist working through whatever stage you are at with releasing your ex. Everything is optional here, and invitational.

There will be aspects of teaching psychology concepts in this space, sharing your truth with other women and your lived experience wisdom, and also a spinal energetics/reiki energy healing available.

You are not alone, and my intention for this space is to help you feel acknowledged in what you've been through and where you are going.
