Relove Your Love

A woman's time and space to come together and reconnect with the loving energy that resides within you. Drawing inspiration from the energy of Kuan Yin, you will be guided through a different theme each week, which will include a brief discussion, a sharing session, and a immersive relaxing sound bath to help release, intergrate, and restore you.

Depending on the energy, and size of the group there may also be Light Language activations, Drumming, Movement, Reiki and Mediumship.

The emphasis is on remembering self-love and self-care.

According to numerology, we are currently in the year of number 9, symbolising endings, beginnings, transformations, and spiritual growth. This year is also associated with compassion and the act of letting go. It is the ideal moment to embark on, or continue on this journey of healing and personal growth.

What to Bring

-Something to sit on and lay down on ie yoga mat, cushion.

-Pillow

-Blanket

-Water bottle

-Journal and pen.

-Any crystals you would like to bring.

-Dress in layers

About Kardina

Kardina is a light holder, and is finally bringing her light to the broader public. Raised in a family that was spiritually aware, with an aunty that inspired her as a medium. She has been on her own journey of healing for almost 30 years. As a Trained Journey Practitioner, and with much learning under her belt, you will find her energy calming, loving, and yet playful and funny. The way she can dance amongst heavy emotions and bring light to the room, will help you feel safe, held and seen. Holding you in a space that creates opportunity to heal yourself. This will be a simple, yet powerful few weeks together.
