Remake Learning: The Pittsburgh Journey
Event description
Remake Learning is a network that ignites engaging, relevant, and equitable learning practices in support of young people navigating rapid social and technological change.
The network, established in 2007, is an open group of interconnected, creative, and innovative people and organisations in the greater Pittsburgh region, USA. Ako Ōtautahi Learning City Christchurch considers Remake Learning to be a leading light in the learning city movement. Check out the website for more information.
Gregg Behr, the founder and co-chair of Remake Learning and executive director of The Grable Foundation will share the journey of a learning city and how it has made a difference in the community. What has worked? What are the lessons to be learnt? Where to next? He will be joined by some of the Remake team. Join us online to learn together, ask questions and explore possibilities.
