    Event description

An 8 week home-delivered program for mental wellbeing

Our award-nominated, evidence-based 8 week program provides opportunity to explore a range of creative practices with expert artist teachers, and create targeted self-care strategies for managing a range of physical and mental health experiences.

"This course has changed my life! I feel so better equipped to notice my symptoms, and now what to do to manage them. I've reconnected with my creativity, and have a whole new set of fun strategies! I write every day, grow plants, and have started learning to draw. It's been truly fantastic" - Jean

We send each participant hundreds of dollars of materials (e.g. ukulele, watercolour kits, drawing kits, sewing materials). We acknowledge that members of the community that participate in this program may be unemployed and  not have the means to pay for this course. We offer this program to community members who are not able to access other funding (e.g. NDIS plans) at a heavily discounted rate.
