Event description

An 8 week home-delivered program for mental wellbeing

Our award-nominated, evidence-based 8 week program provides opportunity to explore a range of creative practices with expert artist teachers, and create targeted self-care strategies for managing a range of physical and mental health experiences.

"This course has changed my life! I feel so better equipped to notice my symptoms, and now what to do to manage them. I've reconnected with my creativity, and have a whole new set of fun strategies! I write every day, grow plants, and have started learning to draw. It's been truly fantastic" - Jean
