Entry instructions

If you have a retreat pass you are able to check in from 2pm on Friday. If you are driving, Drive to the boom gates and notify the Gard hut you are staying they will direct you to the Bus loading Zone and parking area. Or if you walk through main entrance and head towards the bus loading zone. The Bus Loading Zone is where you will collect your bedding, room keys/codes and room Numbers. If you have an event Pass you are able to entre 30mins before event starts at the entrance by the Cafe. You will collect your wrist bands there.

After entry instructions

After the event on Friday there will be light refreshments served. On the Saturday event there will be vendors around for you to be able to purchase items. Gala is held at the Wildlife Centre. There will transport available form The Rec Centre. Please ask staff for more Information

Hazards

There will be yoga mats available for the court. We ask that you put your belongings to the side of the court during events as they can become tripping Hazards

Toilet location

There are 3 sets of toilets around the court we are located on.
