Join Michelle Dyball from A Thousand Paths & Harmonise the Breath and Shanaye Kuntze from Sk Bodyworks for this event on Sunday 1st December.
Before stepping into the silly season, ground yourself by stepping into this touching & truely transformative space where together we will guide you through:
🧡 An uplifting & energising workout to move mindfully, connect you back into your body, move life-force energy through you, raise your vibration, get your heart rate up, muscles working & feel good hormones released to feel a sense of renewal before stepping into a breath work session to release what no longer serves you & what is holding you back from embodying the best version of you. (Suitable for all fitness levels)
🧡 Breath work is a powerful integrating practice after a workout & can enhance recovery, relaxation, and overall mental clarity. After physical exertion, the body is in a heightened state, with elevated heart rate and stress hormone levels. Post-workout breathwork helps transition the body from this active state into a calm, restorative mode, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for optimal recovery. Deep, controlled breathing lowers cortisol levels, reduces muscle tension, and promotes oxygen flow to fatigued muscles, accelerating the body’s healing process.Â
Each intentional breath guides us away from the rush of daily life and into a state of deep presence, where healing can truly begin. By consciously controlling the breath, we activate our parasympathetic nervous system, melting away layers of stress and inviting a profound sense of peace and clarity

- An exercise mat (if you have one)
- Water bottle, enclosed shoes & comfortable clothing
- Journal & a pen
NOTE: You will be required to complete an exercise screening & waiver form prior to participation in any physical activity, the link to this form will be included in your confirmation email/ticket as well as available on the day via scanning a QR code.
