Join Sarah for two hours of mindful movement, relaxation, and nourishment for your mind and body.
Unwind with gentle yoga, soothing meditation, and moments of mindfulness designed to release stress and restore balance. Perfect for all levels, this peaceful session offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, set positive intentions, and embrace a sense of renewal.
With a focus on nervous system regulation and embodied practice, the session will provide:
- pranayama (yogic breathing);
- a gentle slow flow followed by a restorative yoga practice;
- guided meditation (yoga nidra);
- a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment to connect with yourself and others.
