As the Earth reaches a moment of perfect balance between day and night, we invite you to pause, reflect, and honor the Autumn Equinox—a sacred time of renewal, balance, transformation, and abundance.

Through hands-on Reiki, journaling, guided meditation, and the soothing vibrations of sound, you will be guided toward relaxation, inner balance, and healing. 

This gathering is a sacred opportunity to help you embrace the changing of the seasons as a catalyst for your own personal journey of renewal and transformation.

What to Expect:

• Oracle Card: Receive a message from your guardian angel
• Journaling: To set your intentions and reflect 
• Guided Meditation: A Holy Fire guided meditation to soothe, relax, nurture, and heal
• Hands-on Reiki: Allow the healing power of Reiki to balance your energy and promote overall well-being
• Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and a variety of other instruments
• Tea will be provided afterward, allowing us to connect and share our experiences.

Please Bring:

• Small blanket + pillow
• Journal + Pen
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle with lid
• Wear comfortable clothing

Parking:  Free parking is available in the four-story public parking structure located on New St.

Doors Open at 6:15 PM -- Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the starting time to secure your spot and get situated. This will give you enough time to park and settle into our gathering. We allow a 5-minute grace period after the official start time to accommodate for any unexpected traffic or delays. To ensure the tranquility of our event, we kindly request that you arrive on time. If you arrive after the 5-minute grace period, we may not be able to guarantee your entry. This is to respect the stillness of the event once we begin.
