If you’re feeling drained you aren’t the only one gf! So many of us are pouring from an empty cup physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.. So, here is your space to top that cup back up! 

Let’s set the scene, you’ve arrived at the beautiful Soulibrium. You can feel all the good vibes around you. You are welcomed with opened arms and take your place in circle. ⭕️ 

We start with some introductions before diving into some journaling & sharing (if you wish to share! This is an expectation free zone). Take a bit of weight off your shoulders, you are so held here. You will then enjoy a beautiful cup of cacao, dropping into your heart centre while Aleesha shares the magick of the EE system. 

Once you’ve finished your cacao we will move into the EE room where you’ll find your lounge and get comfortable for the next 2 hours of bliss. We will drop into the space with a guided meditation before you are free to nap, journal, read a book… Anything silent & relaxing that your heart desires while you soak up the EE. 

Before you know it the EE session is over and you make your way back to circle. This is where you find afternoon grazing platters, a warm beverage and time to share with the women around you. Slowly closing the circle with a card pull & soul filling chats with the women around you the afternoon comes to an end.. 

You leave Soulibrium with your heart, belly & hands full (hello goodie bag to take home)  having enjoyed the most blissful afternoon. 

BUT!… The bliss doesn’t end once you’ve left.. You arrive back home and run yourself a bath or foot soak with the EE detox bath salts. Continuing the cup filling goodness until it’s overflowing. ❤️‍🔥
