Event description
This is an intentional 45 minute Meditation Class to set you straight after a big week and get seriously de-stressed for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. Perfect for those who have worked a M-F 9-5 and need to shift down gears, renew themselves and have something fresh from within to give to themselves, life and others.
Friday evenings at 5:30 - 6:15pm at 38 Nash St, Gympie.
Each session combines breathwork practices and Guided Meditation to draw your body, mind and soul into deeply rejuvenating balance and rest. You will also learn simple techniques that you can employ daily to keep your nervous system steady and create the calm and space you need internally to manage your work/life balance.
Samantha Lighting Heart Dreamer is an experienced Meditation Facilitator incorporating various breathwork and nervous system regulating techniques as well as energy balancing and grounding.
Sessions are held in Room 3 at the beautiful 38 Nash St, Gympie. (Opposite Gympie Regional Gallery)
Arrive from 5:15pm for a sharp 5:30pm start. We conclude at 6:15pm so that you can be on your way to other Friday evening plans.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Cushion to sit on
- Blanket and eye mask if you prefer for laying down meditation
- Water bottle and keep cup for any hot drinks
