Repair Cafe & Swap - Clothing

Join us at the Wonthaggi Community Harvest Garden for a practical and social session as part of the Repair Café and Swap.

This session focuses on clothing repair, reuse, and simple ways to extend the life of your garments. It’s a chance to explore ideas, share tips, and see what’s possible when it comes to repairing or repurposing clothing.

You are encouraged to bring along clothing in need of repair or items to swap. While we cannot guarantee all items can be fixed on the day, there are often people willing to share knowledge, lend a hand, or offer suggestions.

Whether you are new to mending or have some experience, this is a welcoming space to connect with others, reduce textile waste, and make the most of what you already have.

This session is part of the Living Lightly series and is delivered by Bass Coast Adult Learning in partnership with Bass Coast Shire Council.

Registration is essential so we can keep in contact if there are any changes and ensure adequate materials for participants.
