This hands-on workshop is the perfect opportunity to discover the art of visible mending, personalise your outfits, and dive into the world of the circular economy.
Whether your clothes have seen better days or you’re looking for creative ways to make them uniquely yours, this workshop will teach you practical skills you can apply anywhere—with just a needle and thread.
What to Expect:
- Learn visible mending techniques that are great for sparking conversations and showcasing your personal style.

- All materials and tools will be provided by Reverse Garbage; just bring along a garment you'd like to repair.
- The workshop will be facilitated by Reverse Garbage’s CEO, Kirsten Junor, a passionate textile reuser with decades of experience in the field.
Who’s it for?
This workshop is perfect for teens and adults who want to explore the art of sewing and mending. Please note, this session involves the use of needles and sewing skills, so it's not suitable for young children.
