Repurposing Furniture Part 1

In this upholstery class we will look at repurposing a piece of furniture that needs some specialised tlc. Bring along an old or tired item from home & we will have a look at how to upgrade or repurpose the piece, with master upholsterer Phil Matenga. He will share his specialist techniques & skills & complete a survey to determine how repairable the item of furniture really is and how practical the furniture repair/repurposing process will be. The general idea is to inspect the furniture items in this first class and then look at the practical repairs in the second workshop, approximately 2 weeks later. 

Give that old chair, table, etc a new lease of life. No sewing in this class.
