Rescheduled Weed Control Farm Walk - Axedale

Following on from our highly informative Information Session in June, Nature Network and Axe Creek Landcare Group invite you to an outdoor event to look at the on-ground reality of weed identification and their control.

We have lined up a small property situated on basalt country near Axedale. The owner has kept the weeds in check, but we can still find priority weeds such as Artichoke Thistle (and other thistles), Sweet Briar, Horehound, Spiny Rush and African Boxthorn. We'll have a highly experienced weed management contractor in attendance - Tim Jenkyn of BushCo, and there'll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

A light lunch will be provided afterwards.
