Research Leadership: From Mentee to Mentor

Research Leadership: From Mentor to Mentee will focus on the core elements of building strong and sustainable mentor-mentee relationships. Core program elements include structured conversations and goal setting, duty of care, empathy training and feedback training.

This workshop is targeted at mid-career researchers but is open to the entire UTS research community.

The workshop will be presented by Dr Shane Huntington, Outside Opinion and co-ordinated by UTS Aspire.
