Queen’s University has a proud history of conducting innovative, impactful and world-leading research that has positively changed people’s lives. As we celebrate our 180th year, we are a trusted and proven NI anchor institution and partner for the Executive in the delivery of its priorities and ambitious. 

We are pleased to invite you to this drop-in event in the Long Gallery in Parliament Buildings on Tuesday 21 January 2025, 12-2pm. 

At this event, you will have the opportunity to speak with leading academics across the university on the groundbreaking research and solutions we are providing to local and global challenges, including in health, climate, the economy, peacebuilding as well as community issues such as deprivation and health inequalities.  

You will also hear from staff across Queen’s working to deliver a programme of innovation across three projects in the Belfast City Region Deal as well as staff responsible for widening participation in higher education.
