Deep within your being

Deep within the earth

Deep within the cosmos

There is a place

A place that has been hidden

A place blocked by the dam of fear

Yet to be discovered

And when discovered

A thirst is quenched

A hunger is satiated

The soul drinks the vital waters

Can it be true

An infinite source of love?

How would my body breathe?

How would my heart beat?

How would my mind rest?

In these waters

In the echoes of the deep

In the reservoir of love…

When there is great pain, when fear takes hold, when the waters are not refreshed… how do we move forward? Through colliding waves and crashing shores, where is our anchor?

What do we stand for in these times as the illusions of reality as we know it blur between the lines. Can we listen? Can we hear the whispers and receive a new kaleidoscope of dreams?

Let us dance to listen, to remember, to dance the earth awake back to her/our natural rhythms of aliveness. May our dance be a prayer for the revitalization of both our inner and outer ecosystems of marshlands, estuaries, reservoirs. Filtering, remineralizing, and resourcing for greater resilience and attunement to what is truly needed.

ECO -SOMATIC DANCE:

A guided exploration of eco-somatic inquiry and dance, and an invitation into an attuned, inclusive, transformational space bridging ecology with sōma (body). This practice allows a sense of presence and curiosity to the personal embodiment of your cells, body systems and developmental patterns through your authentic movement weaving back into the greater body of earth and cosmos.

~~ A revitalizing spring herbal infusion of Nettle will support us in remineralizing and cleansing our fluid pathways.

~~ Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and feel free to bring an item / offering for the altar.

We looking forward to journeying with you on these sacred lands.

Aroha nui,

Sierra & DJai Ma
