If you are ready to move your body, reflect on the year that was, or simply surround yourself with like-minded individuals, this evening is designed to help you reset and relax. Chloe is a Pilates instructor passionate about encouraging movement and mindfulness for long-term health and wellness in those in the local and extended community. She is qualified and insured to teach prenatal/postpartum and those recovering from injury. For any specific concerns please contact her directly.

Location is between Watts Road/Arcadia Dr/Safety Bay Road. Toilets onsite.

Tickets are $25 +bf.

Please note tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it on the night please pass your ticket onto a friend or family member to go in your place.

FAQ:

Can I bring children to this event?

- This will be a child-free event as we will have many incorporated quiet times. We would love for you to be able to switch off completely which can be tricky with little ones around!

I am pregnant/postpartum, can I still come?

- Yes! Please reach out to Chloe directly and let her know where you are at in your journey so you can be accomodated for accordingly.

How long will the event go for? 

-Event will finish at approx 7.30pm but allow a little extra time.

What do I bring?

- A Pilates/Yoga mat, drink bottle, journal, pen, and a jumper in case it gets cold.
