3 days. 15 seats. One finished plan.

Where the industry's leaders go quiet — and come back with clarity.

Three days. Twelve seats. One finished plan — with the space to finally think about your business, not just work inside it.

Most business retreats send you home inspired.

Then Monday arrives.

The inbox is waiting. The team needs you. The ideas you wrote down stay in the notebook, and six months later you're wondering where the year went.

RESET is designed to do the opposite.

You'll leave with your 2027/2028 marketing calendar mapped, a content strategy you understand and can actually execute, a bank of content already created, a 90-day implementation plan, a clearer leadership direction — and the headspace to use it.

This is not three days of sitting in a conference room listening to presentations.

It's three days of serious business work, meaningful conversation, exceptional food, beautiful surroundings, content creation, connection and enough breathing room for the thinking you rarely have time to do at home.

There is no huge stage.

No hundreds of delegates.

No disappearing into the back of a conference room.

RESET is intentionally intimate: one table of just twelve established business owners, supported by guest experts who work with you rather than simply speaking at you.

And because your environment matters, we're creating RESET somewhere extraordinary.

WHAT MAKES RESET DIFFERENT

You don't leave with notes.

You leave with a built 2027/2028 marketing calendar, mapped against your actual business, campaigns, launches and revenue opportunities.

You don't leave with theory.

You leave with a content strategy and genuine bank of created content — not another list of things you need to create when you get home.

You don't disappear into a crowd.

With only twelve seats, everyone is part of the conversation.

You don't spend three days being talked at.

RESET is designed around workshops, implementation, discussion, collaboration and access to the people in the room.

You don't leave motivated for a week and then forget everything.

You leave with a 90-day implementation plan and accountability structure designed to keep the work moving after the flight home.

And you don't have to earn the right to enjoy yourself.

There will be beautiful food, laughter, connection, luxury, time by the water and experiences you'll remember long after the business sessions finish.

This isn't a conference moved to a resort.

It's a reset — for the business and the person running it.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

By the time you fly home, you'll have:

Your completed 2027/2028 marketing calendar
A content strategy framework tailored to your brand
A bank of content created during the retreat
New images and video content captured professionally on location
A 90-day implementation plan
Greater clarity around your next stage of business growth
A renewed leadership lens
An accountability structure to keep the momentum going
Eleven high-value peer relationships with people who understand what you're building
And, hopefully, a version of yourself that feels considerably clearer than the one who arrived

This is a plan designed to survive the flight home.

MEET YOUR RESET FACULTY

This isn't a speaker line-up. It's your advisory table.

RESET has been deliberately designed for just 15 business owners.

Why?

Because we don't want you sitting at the back of a ballroom listening to presentations.

We want you at the table.

Across three days in Fiji, you'll work alongside a carefully selected faculty bringing expertise across marketing, profitability, sales, systems, leadership, client experience and business growth.

Different perspectives. Different areas of expertise. One shared goal:

To help you build a stronger, more profitable business — and leave Fiji with the work actually done.

NICOLE MONTGOMERY

Marketing • Brand • Content • Visibility • Strategy

Founder of Aesthetic Business Masters and your RESET host, Nicole will lead the overall business RESET and connect the pieces across the three days.

You'll work with Nicole to turn your business goals into an actionable marketing strategy — including building your 2027/28 marketing calendar live, identifying campaigns and opportunities, developing your content direction and creating content while you're in Fiji.

No vague marketing plan sitting in a notebook.

You'll leave knowing what you're marketing, when you're marketing it, why you're doing it and what it needs to achieve.

JADE SPEHR

Numbers • Profitability • Business Model • Financial Clarity

Jade brings a rare combination of financial expertise and real-world experience working with businesses in the beauty and aesthetics industry.

At RESET, Jade will help you get underneath the revenue number and understand what is actually driving your business.

What's profitable?
What's draining resources?
Where is money being left on the table?
What deserves more attention?
And what does your business genuinely need to achieve over the next 12 months?

You'll arrive prepared to work on your own numbers and leave with greater clarity around the financial decisions that should shape everything else you do.

Because growth without profitability isn't the goal.

AARON SPEHR

Sales • Conversion • Systems • Owner Independence

Generating enquiries is only half the equation.

Aaron will help you examine what happens after the lead arrives.

From enquiry and consultation through to conversion, treatment, rebooking, retention and referral, you'll map the journey that turns marketing activity into long-term clients and sustainable revenue.

Aaron will also work alongside Jade to challenge one of the biggest issues facing established business owners:

If you disappeared from your business for 30 days, what would break?

You'll identify where the business is too dependent on you and where better systems, processes, accountability and delegation could create greater freedom.

GAY WARDLE

Leadership • Client Experience • Team Development • Industry Longevity

With decades of experience across the professional skin, beauty and aesthetics industry, Gay brings something to RESET that simply can't be learned from a textbook.

Perspective.

Gay's sessions will explore what it takes to build a business that lasts — through changing treatments, technology, trends, teams and client expectations.

You'll also undertake a practical Client Experience Audit, looking at your business through the eyes of your client from their first interaction through consultation, treatment, follow-up, rebooking and beyond.

Because exceptional businesses aren't built on treatments alone.

They're built on trust, standards, leadership, relationships and experiences people want to return to.

ALFIE LOMBARDI

RESET MC & FACILITATOR

Alfie won't simply be introducing speakers.

Across the three days, he'll be helping us connect the conversation.

As RESET MC and Facilitator, Alfie will keep the program moving, draw insights from the faculty, facilitate discussions and Q&As, challenge thinking and help turn individual sessions into one connected business journey.

His commercial and business experience also means he'll be able to contribute another valuable perspective when we get around the table and start working on your business.

THE RESET ADVISORY BOARD

This may be the most valuable seat you'll have all year.

This is where RESET becomes very different from a conference.

With only 12 attendees, we can do something that simply isn't possible in a room of 200 people.

We can work on your business.

You'll have the opportunity to bring a genuine challenge, opportunity or decision from your business to the RESET table.

And around that table you'll have expertise spanning:

Financials and profitability.
Marketing and brand.
Sales and conversion.
Systems and scalability.
Leadership and team.
Client experience and retention.
Commercial growth and implementation.

We don't want you leaving Fiji saying:

“I heard some great speakers.”

We want you leaving saying:

“They sat around a table with me and worked on MY business.”

FIVE PEOPLE. TWELVE BUSINESSES. THREE DAYS.

RESET isn't about consuming more information.

It's about creating clarity, making decisions and doing the work.

By the time you leave the three-day business retreat, our goal is for you to have:

Your numbers understood.
Your priorities identified.
Your 2027/28 marketing calendar built.
Your sales and client journey mapped.
Your content strategy created.
Professional content captured.
Your business gaps identified.
Your 90-day implementation plan finished.

You won't leave with another notebook full of things you should do.

You'll leave with the work underway — and a plan to finish it.

Three days. Twelve seats. One finished plan.

Welcome to RESET Fiji 2027.

THE 3-DAY RESET

DAY ONE — CLARITY & DIRECTION

Get honest about where the business is now — and decide where it's going next.

We begin by stepping away from the noise.

Not the polished version of the business.

The real one.

What's working? What's draining resources? Where are the opportunities? What has been sitting on the list for months because you've never had enough uninterrupted time to address it?

From there, we start building.

Workshop: Your 2027/2028 Marketing Calendar — Built Live

This is one of the centrepieces of RESET.

Rather than telling you that you need a marketing calendar, we're going to build it with you.

Campaigns. Promotions. Launches. Content pillars. Key industry dates. Revenue-driving opportunities.

Mapped against your actual business.

You leave the session with the resource completed.

The day closes with beautiful food, conversation and our RESET welcome experience.

DAY TWO — BUILD & CREATE

Turn the strategy into content.

Knowing what to post isn't a content strategy.

Neither is posting because you suddenly realise Instagram has been quiet for nine days.

We look at how premium aesthetic, beauty, medical and wellness businesses can create content that educates, builds authority and generates demand without relying on constant discounting.

Content Strategy That Sells Without Shouting

You'll develop clear content pillars, messaging and a structure that makes creating content significantly easier.

Content Creation Lab

Then we stop talking about content and actually create it.

Phones and laptops out.

With professional photography and videography taking place throughout RESET, the location itself also becomes part of your content opportunity.

The objective is to leave with a genuine bank of usable material — not another content creation task waiting for you at home.

And there will still be time to stop.

Swim. Walk. Talk. Have lunch without checking your phone every six minutes.

Some of the most valuable conversations at RESET won't happen during a presentation.

They'll happen around the table.

DAY THREE — LEAD & LAUNCH

Make sure the plan actually happens.

A great strategy is useless if the business owner returns home and immediately becomes the bottleneck again.

Day Three turns the focus toward leadership, implementation and what needs to change when you return.

The Leadership Reset

We explore decision fatigue, delegation, growth, identity and the transition from constantly doing the business to properly leading it.

From Plan to Practice

Your marketing calendar exists.

Your content strategy exists.

Now we build the structure that keeps them alive.

Systems. Delegation. Accountability. Batching. Ownership.

You'll leave with your 90-day implementation plan and an accountability structure designed to keep the momentum going.

And then we celebrate.

Our final evening brings everyone back together for a beautiful signature celebration dinner — good food, honest reflection, plenty of laughter and a proper ending to three days that have asked you to think differently.

OPTIONAL EXTENSION — DAYS FOUR & FIVE

The first three days reset the business. The next two are for you.

For guests who don't want to fly straight home, we're creating an optional two-day luxury wellness extension.

No marketing calendars.

No laptops.

No business workshops.

Just time.

The extension is being designed around wellness, spa, beautiful food, relaxation, optional experiences and enough unstructured space to actually enjoy being in Fiji.

Final inclusions will be confirmed once our resort and experience partners are finalised.

Think less organised tour and more:

I've spent three days working on my business. Now I get to stay two more days and enjoy where I am.

The extension is available exclusively to confirmed RESET attendees and places will be limited.

WHO BELONGS AT THIS TABLE?

RESET is designed for established:

Clinic owners. Founders. Directors. Practice owners. Leaders.

People across aesthetics, beauty, wellness and medicine who have built real businesses, lead teams, make decisions every day and rarely have uninterrupted space to think strategically about what's next.

It's for the business owner who doesn't need another introductory business seminar.

It's for the person carrying a lot — professionally and often personally — who wants to step outside the business long enough to see it properly.

RESET isn't designed for everyone.

That's intentional.

With only twelve seats, we select for fit because the people around the table are part of the experience.

$12,994 AUD + GST total

Final wellness inclusions will be confirmed as our Fiji program is finalised.

WHY ONLY TWELVE?

Because RESET isn't supposed to feel like another conference.

Twelve means we know your business.

Twelve means you can ask the question.

Twelve means the guest expert can sit beside you and look at what you're actually doing.

Twelve means conversations continue over dinner.

Twelve means nobody disappears into the back row.

And twelve means the relationships you form have a chance to become something meaningful.

HOW IT WORKS

RESET is by application.

There are only twelve places.

Applying doesn't automatically guarantee a place. We select attendees for fit because the quality and dynamic of the group matters enormously to the experience.

The application isn't intimidating.

We simply want to understand your business, where you are now, what you're working toward and what you'd like to get out of RESET.

If it's a fit, we'll confirm your place and provide everything you need over the months leading into the retreat — accommodation information, recommended flights and arrival windows, travel guidance and the final itinerary.

A FEW HONEST ANSWERS

Is accommodation included?

Yes.

Four nights of luxury accommodation are included in the core RESET retreat.

The five-day experience includes an additional two nights.

Final resort and room details will be provided once our Fiji resort partnership is confirmed.

Are flights included?

No. Flights are arranged and paid separately so you can choose the airline, route and travel dates that suit you.

We'll provide recommended arrival and departure windows.

Is RESET a business retreat or a wellness retreat?

Business first.

The core three days involve real strategic work and implementation.

But we also believe people think better when they're not exhausted.

The setting, food, connection and breathing room are intentional parts of RESET — and guests wanting a deeper wellness experience can choose the optional two-day extension.

Will there be photography and videography?

Yes.

Professional photography and videography will take place throughout RESET, giving us the opportunity to capture the retreat and giving attendees access to an extraordinary environment for their own brand and content creation.

By attending, you acknowledge that imagery and footage captured during the retreat may be used across Aesthetic Business Masters marketing, media and social channels.

Do I need to be at a particular business level?

RESET is designed for established operators with real businesses and real responsibility.

We select for fit rather than revenue, follower count or job title.

Can trade and industry attend?

Yes, subject to application and fit with the group.

Will there be networking?

Yes — although it probably won't feel like networking.

With twelve people living, learning, dining and thinking together, meaningful connection happens naturally.

The relationships around the table are intentionally part of RESET.

What should I wear?

Luxury retreat, not corporate conference.

Comfortable during the working sessions, resort-ready during downtime, and something fabulous for our celebration dinner.

And yes — there will be plenty of beautiful photo opportunities.

READY TO RESET?

Twelve seats.

Three days to work on the business rather than simply inside it.

Four nights somewhere extraordinary.

A finished marketing plan.

Content created.

A clearer direction.

A room full of people who understand what you're building.

And enough distance from everyday business life to finally hear yourself think.

Applications are now open.
