RESET — The Aesthetic Business Masters Winter Retreat | Bali 2027
ABM Event Description
Three days. Twelve seats. One finished plan.

Where the industry's leaders go quiet — and come back changed.
Three days. Twelve seats. One finished plan — and nothing to organise but your thinking.
Most retreats send you home relaxed and empty-handed: a nice memory, a tan, and the same undone marketing plan waiting on your desk. RESET is built to do the opposite.
You'll leave Bali with your entire 2027/2028 marketing calendar mapped and mostly built, a content strategy you actually understand and believe in, a bank of content already created, a 90-day plan to put it all into motion, and a mind that's been properly reset — not just rested.
This is three days of serious work disguised as the best three days of your year.
There's no stage, no crowd, no lanyard. RESET is small by design — a single table of twelve business owners building at the same altitude, a handful of guest experts who work with you rather than at you, and a place quiet and considered enough for real thinking to happen.
And this year, the place is extraordinary.
Here's what makes it different:
You don't leave with notes. You leave with a built 2027/2028 marketing calendar, ready to execute.
You don't leave with theory. You leave with a content strategy and a genuine bank of created content — not a to-do list.
You don't leave with generic motivation. You leave with a recalibrated mindset and leadership lens, shaped in a room of people who actually understand your business.
You don't leave with strangers. You leave with nine relationships that will outlast the retreat.
And yes — there is genuine, proper fun along the way. Culture, food, laughter, a group that gets it. This is not a boot camp. It's a reset, done properly, somewhere spectacular.
Where you'll stay: The Reserve at Paradisus by Meliá Bali
For 2027, RESET is hosted at Paradisus by Meliá Bali — the first Paradisus resort in Asia, set on a beachfront in Nusa Dua, and reimagined by Meliá as a benchmark in luxury all-inclusive hospitality.
You'll be based in The Reserve — the resort's adults-only sanctuary, designed around privacy, tranquillity and elevated service. It's exactly the kind of environment RESET has always wanted and never quite had: refined, calm, and entirely free of the noise that makes it hard to think.
Here's the part that changes everything about how this retreat feels: you don't book a thing, plan a meal, or manage a single logistic. Your accommodation, your dining and your days at the resort are handled. You arrive, settle in, and the only job left is the one you came to do.
Your stay includes (as part of the resort's Destination-Inclusive® all-inclusive program):
4 nights accommodation in your private king bed luxury room within The Reserve
All meals, every day, across the resort's eight restaurants — from all-day dining at Malva to Balinese cuisine with live performance at ARUM, fresh seafood by the sand at Kanna Beach, and Japanese at Tokimeku
Snacks and in-room dining, plus selected beverages throughout your stay
Access to four pools, tropical gardens and lagoons, the beachfront, and resort activities including yoga and pilates, beach equipment and courts
Daily curated cultural and wellness experiences inspired by Balinese heritage, woven through the resort
Preferential rates at the YHI Spa — a 12-room sanctuary set in a verdant garden, should you wish to book a treatment
Flights are arranged and paid separately. Airport transfers are being confirmed and will be advised after acceptance. Spa treatments are available at member rates but are not included in your seat.
The point isn't the marble or the pool. It's that a resort like this removes every excuse not to be fully present. When the meals, the room and the running-around are all handled, three days somehow becomes enough.
What makes RESET different
You don't leave with notes. You leave with a built 2027/2028 marketing calendar, ready to execute.
You don't leave with theory. You leave with a content strategy and a genuine bank of created content — not a to-do list.
You don't leave alone. You leave with eleven peer relationships and an accountability pod that keeps the work alive after Bali.
You don't leave frazzled. You leave with a leadership lens that's been reset, and rest you didn't have to earn by burning out first.
This is a plan that survives the flight home.

DRAFT 3-DAY LAYOUT (At a Glance)
Morning | Afternoon | Evening | |
|---|---|---|---|
Day 1 — Arrive & Anchor | Welcome, vision setting, "where you actually are vs. where you say you are" | 2027/2028 Marketing Calendar — built live | Welcome dinner, grounding ritual, first-night connection |
Day 2 — Build | Content Strategy That Sells Without Shouting | Content Creation Lab — batch a quarter of content, live | Culture excursion / group experience |
Day 3 — Lead & Launch | Mindset & Leadership Reset | Systemising It: From Plan to Practice + accountability pods | Closing circle, celebration dinner |
(Exact timings and running order confirmed closer to the retreat — this is the shape of the experience.)
DAY ONE — ARRIVE & ANCHOR
Get honest about where the business actually is, then start building.
Morning — "The Room" (Welcome & Vision Setting) An unhurried start. Introductions that go deeper than job titles — who's in the room, what they've built, and what they're really here for. We set the tone for three days of candour, not performance.
Workshop: Where You Actually Are vs. Where You Say You Are A confronting, useful audit of the business as it stands today — revenue reality, marketing gaps, what's working, what's quietly not. This is the diagnostic every other session builds on.
Afternoon Break - Enjoy facilities and take some time out to digest the day
Evening — Welcome Dinner & Grounding Ritual A long table, Balinese ceremony or grounding ritual to mark the beginning of the retreat properly, and the first real conversations of the trip.
Evening — Workshop: Your 2027/2028 Marketing Calendar, Built Live The centrepiece of Day One. Working session (not a lecture) where every attendee leaves with a genuine, dated, campaign-by-campaign marketing calendar for the next 18 months — launches, promotions, content pillars, key dates, revenue-driving moments mapped against your actual business cycle. Tangible resource: your completed 2027/2028 Marketing Calendar.
DAY TWO — BUILD (With Ai)
Turn the calendar into content, and the content into a system.
Morning — Workshop: Content Strategy That Sells Without Shouting How to build a content strategy for a premium, clinical or wellness brand that attracts without discounting your positioning. Covers pillars, messaging frameworks, platform strategy, and how to make "educational" content actually convert. Tangible resource: your one-page Content Strategy Framework, built to your brand.
Afternoon Break - Optional activities or enjoy some time to reflect and relax
Evening — Culture & Connection Excursion A signature RESET experience — think rice terraces, temple visit, or a private cultural evening — built for connection, not sightseeing-for-sightseeing's-sake. This is where the "lot of fun" part of the brief really lives.
Evening — Workshop: Content Creation Lab A live batching session — camera, phone, or laptop out. Attendees leave having actually created a real bank of content (not just planned it): a quarter's worth of posts, captions, hooks and concepts, ready to schedule. Tangible resource: a batch of ready-to-post content, created on-site.
DAY THREE — LEAD & LAUNCH
Take it home and make sure it sticks.
Morning — Workshop: The Mindset & Leadership Reset A session on leading the business (and the team) you're building, not just running it. Covers decision fatigue, delegation, identity shifts as the business scales, and leading with clarity instead of survival mode. Tangible resource: a personal leadership commitment plan.
Afternoon - Optional activities or enjoy some time to reflect and relax
Evening — Closing Circle & Celebration Dinner Reflections, commitments spoken out loud, and a final celebration dinner to close the retreat the way it opened — together, properly, and with genuine warmth.
Evening — Workshop: From Plan to Practice — Systemising Your Marketing Bringing it all together: how the calendar and content strategy actually get implemented once you're home — systems, delegation, batching rhythms, and accountability. Attendees form small accountability pods with fellow RESET alumni to keep momentum after Bali. Tangible resource: your 90-day implementation plan.

RESET 2027 — Optional Extension: Days 4 & 5
Personal Growth & Wellness Add-On (5-Day Option / 6 nights Accomodation)
The optional extension: two more days, for you
Available only to confirmed RESET attendees, the optional extension adds two restorative days at the resort immediately after the core program — no laptops, no calendars, just structured space to restore and integrate.
Planned inclusions, subject to confirmation: a traditional Balinese water-cleansing ritual (Melukat), a sacred-site visit, guided breathwork and a sound-healing experience, followed by guided meditation, reflection, a traditional Balinese massage, a gratitude circle and a farewell sunset.
Cultural and wellbeing activities are always optional and sensitively facilitated. Balinese traditions are approached with respect, guided by local practitioners — never as decoration.
"The first three days reset your business. The next two reset you."
Add two additional days of personal growth and wellness to your RESET retreat — a cleansing ritual, a spiritual excursion, breathwork, sound healing, meditation and massage. Limited to RESET attendees only. (Additional investment applies — confirmed on application.)
DAYS 4 & 5
Morning | Midday | Afternoon | Evening | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Day 4 — Cleanse & Connect | Traditional Balinese water cleansing ritual (Melukat) | Spiritual excursion — sacred site / temple visit | Guided breathwork session | Sound healing ceremony under the stars |
Day 5 — Stillness & Restore | Guided meditation practice | Quiet personal time / journaling | Traditional Balinese massage & spa | Closing gratitude circle & farewell sunset ceremony |
DAY FOUR — CLEANSE & CONNECT
Release what the last three days brought to the surface.
Morning — Melukat: Traditional Balinese Water Cleansing Ritual A guided visit to a sacred spring or water temple for a traditional Balinese purification ceremony — led by a local practitioner. A genuine cultural ritual, not a performance for tourists, intended to mark the close of the "old" chapter of the business and the person running it.
Midday — Spiritual Excursion A quiet, guided visit to a significant temple or sacred site in Bali, with context from a local guide on the spiritual traditions of the island. Space for reflection, not sightseeing-for-its-own-sake.
Afternoon — Guided Breathwork Session A facilitated breathwork practice designed to release stored tension and stress — accessible for complete beginners, no experience required. Many attendees find this the most physically and emotionally releasing session of the entire retreat.
Evening — Sound Healing Ceremony An evening sound bath under the stars — gongs, singing bowls and traditional instruments, guided by an experienced sound healer. A deeply restful close to a full day of release.
DAY FIVE — STILLNESS & RESTORE
Integrate. Rest. Leave whole.
Morning — Guided Meditation Practice A gentle, guided meditation session suited to all levels, focused on integration — taking stock of the week and setting quiet intentions for what comes next, personally and professionally.
Midday — Personal Time & Journaling Unstructured space, intentionally left open. Optional guided journaling prompts provided for anyone who wants structure; otherwise, this is simply time to rest, reflect or wander.
Afternoon — Traditional Balinese Massage & Spa Treatment A full traditional Balinese massage or spa treatment for every attendee — the retreat's most literal reset, and the moment most people say they needed most.
Evening — Closing Gratitude Circle & Farewell Sunset Ceremony The group's final gathering — a gratitude circle to reflect on the full five days, followed by a farewell ceremony at sunset. A proper, unhurried goodbye rather than a rushed departure.

A guided spiritual/cultural excursion
A facilitated breathwork session

Who belongs at this table
RESET is for established owners, founders and directors across beauty, aesthetics, wellness and medicine — people already leading teams and building real businesses, who are carrying too much and have had too little space to think strategically.
It is not a beginner event, and it is not for everyone. That's the point. Twelve seats, selected for fit, so the room works for everyone in it.
The investment
RESET: 3-Day Business Retreat — $4,997 AUD The core experience — three fully-hosted days at The Reserve, Paradisus by Meliá Bali, including your accommodation, all meals and resort inclusions, every facilitated session and guest expert, your marketing calendar, content strategy and content bank built live, welcome and celebration dinners, and a signature Balinese cultural experience.
RESET: 5-Day Full Immersion — +$2,997 AUD (total $7,994 AUD) Everything in the core retreat, plus two additional restorative days at the resort. Available only to confirmed RESET attendees.
Flights are arranged and paid separately. A tax invoice can be provided — please confirm deductibility with your accountant. Payment details are confirmed on acceptance.
How it works
RESET is by application. There are twelve seats, and applying doesn't guarantee a place — we select for fit so the group works for everyone in it. It takes a few minutes, it's warm rather than intimidating, and it simply helps us understand your business and what you'd want from the room.
After you apply, we review, and if it's a fit, we'll confirm your seat and share everything you need — accommodation details, arrival window, passport and entry guidance, and the full itinerary — over the months leading in.
A few honest answers
Is accommodation really included? Yes — your stay at The Reserve, Paradisus by Meliá Bali is included in your seat, along with all meals and resort inclusions under the resort's all-inclusive program. Flights are the main thing you arrange yourself.
What about flights? Flights are arranged and paid separately, so you can choose your own airline, route and timing. We'll give you a recommended arrival window once your seat is confirmed.
Is this a wellness escape or a business event? Both, deliberately — but business first. The core three days are real, facilitated strategic work. The setting and the optional extension are what let that work actually land.
Do I need to be a certain "level"? You need to be an established operator with a real business and real responsibility. Beyond that, we select for fit, not follower count.
Is it very spiritual? No. Cultural and wellbeing activities are always optional and sensitively facilitated. Nothing is imposed.
This is a draft layout for planning purposes — exact session order, guest facilitators and excursion details to be confirmed closer to the retreat date.
Connect. Learn. Grow.

Limited tickets available due to venue capacity. The retreat will be a maximum of 10 guests so we can ensure everyone walks away with the right resources, tools and stratgies to grow their business.
