The essence
Shelley and Sarah recognised that after the intensity of the winter season and cosmic energies that coincided with it. They felt called to open a space for other women to gather and come home to self using the spring time energy to raise the vibration and enhance energy levels.

Reset Retreat, 2 Day Recharge

The reset weekend, for women running on empty who need a space of relaxation, joy and recharge. Two days away from the noise and the to do lists. Immerse yourself in sound baths, creative activities, gentle movement, connection, forest bathing and more, held in a beautiful space at HOPE Haven Navigators. Come as you are, leave lighter.

Evening campfire Saturday night, weather permitting
Full kitchen available on site

Schedule
Saturday 10am to 5pm (plus evening campfire for those staying over)

Dinner at 5:30-6pm for those who wish to stick around
Sunday 9am to 4pm

Where to stay
Camping on site available for an extra $20
Not camping? We recommend booking accommodation nearby, possibly in Buninyong, if you're travelling from afar (happy to share suggestions if you don't have a tent or swag)

What to bring
Breakfast is BYO both mornings if staying onsite
Bedding and pillow if camping, comfy clothes, a water bottle, and anything else you need to feel calm and relaxed
