Join us to Reset, Rewire, Recharge this Sunday at the Cathole falls.

Beginning with an energising yoga flow with Clídna, followed by a gentle breathwork practice with Niamh focusing on regulating the nervous system and a guided meditation and visualisation to finish allowing you to connect to yourself on a deeper level.

Optional dip and use of sauna afterwards!!

What to bring: Yoga mat/towel/blanket to lie on, something warm and cosy to wear for your breathwork session, (Cushion, blankets optional.)

We have decided to donate all proceeds to the Children's Health Foundation in supporting sick children. We are coming into the season of giving and we would like to begin by giving back to those in need. We would appreciate all the support we could get for this wonderful charity.
