Reset – A Journey Within

You are warmly invited to Reset, a scared opportunity to release the energy of 2025 and step into 2026 with a clear, renewed spirit.

In our busy lives, we often forget the power of pausing – of simply stopping, resting, and realigning.

Reset – A journey within is an immersive ceremonial experience weaving together Mugwort & Blue Lotus Tea, Intention setting, Shamanic Breathwork, and Sound Healing to support deep release, renewal, and alignment as you prepare to step into the new year with clarity and openness.

The Journey –

Our ceremonial all for this experience is Grandmother Mugwort – a wise and potent guide through times of transition. She supports us in navigating the in-between spaces: the thresholds between what was and what is yet to come.

Through her medicine, we are invited to honour endings, embrace change, and step into rebirth with clarity and grace.

This Journey includes:

-    Intention Setting & Ritual Burning

Write your intentions and release them together through fire in a ceremonial cauldron – symbolically clearing the old to welcome the new.

-    Shamanic Breathwork

A powerful practice of conscious, connected breathing that moves you beyond the mind and awakens the inner self.

Breathwork opens the gateway to transformation, healing, and deep reconnection

-   Sound Healing

An ancient meditative practice using crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs, rav and shamanic drums, Native American Flute, Throat singing and more.

Sound vibrations restore harmony to the body, calm the nervous system, and activate self-healing.

 Throughout the ceremony, we’ll also work with vibrational plant essences (including Bach, & Australian Bush Flower Essences), intuitively chosen for the group to support emotional clearing and integration.

Each participant will receive a take-home essence blend to continue working with beyond the session, assisting ongoing personal growth and release of old patterns.
