What’s the plan?

Meet your hosts Ash and Laura at the bottom of the Rainbow Stairs at Miami Beach at 5am.

We’ll head down to the beach together for a quick ocean dip as the sun comes up, then settle in on the beach for breakfast, coffee and chats.

This isn’t a fitness session or an ocean swimming event. Just a beautiful morning by the ocean, a quick dip and a chance to start your day with lovely new friends.

And thanks to Sand Society, every guest will be gifted a Sand Society towel worth $79.95 on arrival, ready to use after your swim and take home with you.

Coming solo?

Lots of women come to Reset events on their own :) You’ll be warmly welcomed.
