You’re carrying a lot.

People, performance, pressure... and that's just work. Then home, where you’re meant to switch off and be present. And can’t.

Maybe you’ve noticed:

→ Brain fog that makes simple tasks feel heavy
→ Decisions that used to take minutes now take days
→ A constant low hum of stress, tightness or anxiety
→ Feeling at capacity, unable to take on one more thing
→ Walking a thin line between holding it together and not
→ Knowing you’re capable of more, but hitting a ceiling you can’t push through

You’re not failing. You’re running a nervous system that has been on high alert for too long.

And if you don't pause to breathe, then the crash will come.

When your body is stuck in survival mode, your energy and attention go to getting through the day, away from the part of you that thinks clearly, stays calm under pressure and leads well.

Working harder doesn’t fix it. Resetting your state does.

How transformational breathwork works

A deliberate, connected breathing pattern shifts the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body. That shift acts like a switch.

The analytical, always-on mind, the part that overthinks, second-guesses and loops, goes quiet. Underneath it, you get access to what has been running the show:

→ The unconscious beliefs that decide what you think is possible
→ The internal rules about how hard you have to push to be enough
→ The constraints you’ve never questioned, because you didn’t know they were there

These are what hold the ceiling in place. You can’t think your way past them, because thinking is the part that switches off.

At the same time, your body moves out of fight-or-flight, lets go of the tension you’ve been holding, and remembers how to recover.

What to expect

Functional breathing techniques
Simple, practical breath tools you can use before a difficult meeting, between back-to-backs, or when you can’t sleep.

The transformational breathwork journey
Guided connected breathing to quieten the mind, release held tension, and bring underlying patterns to the surface.

Integration
A guided rest period to let your system settle and help the shifts land, so you leave grounded and clear.

What you can walk away with

→ A clearer head and a quieter mind
→ A steadier nervous system and more capacity to handle pressure
→ Insight into the patterns that have been holding you back
→ Practical breath tools you can use at work straight away
→ Often, clarity on a decision or problem you’ve been circling for weeks

This session is for you if:

→ You’re a leader, founder, manager or professional carrying a lot at work and at home
→ You feel stretched, foggy or at capacity
→ You’re under pressure and want to respond rather than react
→ You want to step up at work but feel something is holding you back
→ You’ve tried pushing harder and you’re ready for a different approach

No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and breathe.

Why I do this work

I’m Rebecca Grainger, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and executive coach, an ex-tech founder who knows what it's like to break under constant, unmanaged stress and pressure. Through Slipstream, I work with founders and executives on nervous system regulation and leadership performance. We break through ceilings so you can reach your potential, without burning out.

I’ve watched brilliant, capable people blame themselves for exhaustion, fog and stuck-ness that was never a character flaw. It was a nervous system that had never been given a way to reset. This session is that reset.

What people say

"I feel the best I have in years."

"Exactly what I needed in the middle of the chaos. Ninety minutes where I could let everything go and relax completely. I don't know where I went during parts of that session, but it was magic!"

“One of the most profound experiences I’ve ever had, and it was online. I felt deeply held and came out lighter and clearer.”

How to prepare

Create a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted for 90 minutes. You’ll need:

→ A place to lie down (a bed, couch or yoga mat)
→ A pillow and blanket, as you may feel warm or cool
→ An eye mask (optional)
→ A notebook for reflections afterwards
→ Avoid eating for 1.5-2 hours beforehand
→ Be alcohol and substance-free on the day

Cameras are optional. You’re welcome to keep yours off.
