• Event cancellation policy

  Charter Keck Cramer does not offer refunds or exchanges because of a change of mind or a change in personal circumstances within seven (7) business days of the date of the event. Charter Keck Cramer will accept a transfer of the ticket within seven (7) days of the event at no additional cost to an alternative event attendee. To replace the original registrant with another attendee, please write to events@charterkc.com.au. All cancellations must be completed via Humanitix and applicable refunds will be applied to the original payment method nominated when completing your reservation via Humanitix. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by Charter Keck Cramer, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at time of purchase). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Charter Keck Cramer will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses incurred by you.

  Charter Keck Cramer reserves the right to vary ticket prices, seating arrangements and capacity, add, withdraw, or reschedule programs and presenters. Charter Keck Cramer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove attendees from the premises (in its sole and absolute discretion). Your registration is accepted on the basis of these conditions. Charter Keck Cramer may undertake photography and/or video at this event. By attending the event, you and each attendee in your group acknowledge and agree that you each may be filmed and/or recorded and you each give permission to Charter Keck Cramer to use your image, likeness and voice obtained at the event in all media throughout the world for any purpose and without any compensation. Should a registered participant wish to be excluded from such future uses, please write to events@charterkc.com.au. Charter Keck Cramer may also contact you separately seeking your permission to store your information, limited to full name and contact details, in the Charter Keck Cramer marketing communication database. This information will only be used for the purpose of contacting you regarding news, insights, podcast news and other marketing communications including invitations to future events. You are able to opt out of receiving these communications at any time by emailing events@charterkc.com.au, you are also able to update your contact details or email preferences by emailing events@charterkc.com.au.
