Building Resilience After Crisis - Mentor Workshop Featuring Michal Kahn
Description
A special evening with Prof. Michal Kahn, joining us from Israel 🇮🇱
How do we heal after trauma, rebuild resilience and find the strength to move forward?
YJP Melbourne and Australian Friends of Tel Aviv University are coming together for a special evening of insight, connection and conversation, in collaboration with Jewish Care Victoria and Open Court.
We're privileged to welcome Prof. Michal Kahn, a special guest visiting from Israel, bringing her expertise as a clinical psychologist and researcher at Tel Aviv University's National Centre for Traumatic Stress and Resilience.
Drawing on her work in trauma, recovery and psychological wellbeing, Michal will explore how individuals, families and communities can navigate challenging experiences, support one another and build resilience in the face of adversity.
Expect an engaging, thought-provoking conversation with practical insights, fresh perspectives and lessons that resonate far beyond the lecture room.
An opportunity to hear directly from an Israeli expert at the forefront of trauma and resilience research, right here in Melbourne.
