Resilience is an important facet of business and sport. From a sporting perspective, how do you turn up week in week out during the season if things aren’t going so well, how do you shake off those mistakes within the game and bounce back. Ultimately, how can you build a culture with a winning mindset? Within business, the same is true. With economic challenges across our region and the cost of living continuing to rise, how do you grow your business and sometimes simply survive until things start to pick up?
