RESONANCE - Ceremonial Conscious Dance Experience

Spaces are open and available for those wishing to be a part of the second instalment of 𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑶𝑵𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑬 - A conscious Dance in a ceremonial setting.

The last Resonance event SOLD OUT, so get in quick! There is limited capacity to make for a more intimate experience.

Resonance is a safe space where like minded individuals can gather and move with intention.

The purpose of these dancing ceremonies is to offer a space for an intentional, meaningful practice where participants are invited to collectively cultivate and embody the vibration/frequency of a specific concept or theme, and set the intention for that to resonate that out into the community and beyond.

There will be a different theme for each event.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗳or 𝘁𝗵is 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 ** Transform **

Firstly, this ceremony falls on the day after the full moon which is a powerful time for transformation. What is extra special about this one is that the full moon reaches its peak at 5.55pm on the Friday. In numerology the number 5 and 555 specifically, represents change and transformation - so I think it’s pretty fitting! I cannot think of a better way to shake and shed off some of those final layers and TRANSFORM, than through dance!

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕

• A dimly lit, aromatic and safe space to move and express yourself freely
• Intentional opening of the space.
• A Cacao ceremony to drop in, connect and give gratitude. The ceremonial grade cacao that is offered has been sourced ethically and brewed respectfully. Gluten free and vegan.
• A variation of meditation, somatic movement and other practices related to the theme will be woven into each session. This component will change for each event.
• Approximately 1 hour of uninterrupted freeform dance. DJ Bloom spiral will take us on a global musical journey inspired by shamanic, tribal and esoteric beats (high quality sound system with great acoustics).
• Sound Journey with a range of unique instruments - Allow the magic cultivated during the dance to steep with a savasana and blissful sound bath.
• Intentional closing of the space..

• WATER - please bring water. Cacao and movement together will make you very, very thirsty!
• Yoga mat (for sound journey)
• A cushion (for circle)

• This is a substance free event.
• Leave your shoes at the door,  chatting and phones must wait until after the ceremony is closed. There will be space at the end of the evening to share and connect.
• It is expected that all participants respect each other's personal space, seek consent prior to physical contact and honour the collective energy of the space.
• This event is not suitable for children.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲?

Resonance is the extraordinary phenomenon where an object vibrates at the same natural frequency as another. A vibrating object can influence similar objects around them to resonate at the same frequency. When two objects are resonating at the same frequency, they are in HARMONY.

As everything is frequency and vibration (including us humans!) we can CHOOSE what resonant frequencies we cultivate and emit. Whatever we choose to focus on and embody not only impacts us, it impacts those around us. With that in mind, we can set the intention to cultivate and embody so many wonderful things, and with multiple beings all focusing on the same theme (resonating at the same frequency) this magnifies the spreading of these positive vibrations throughout the collective.

The Heart Math Institute (heartmath.org) have some INCREDIBLE research in this space. Highly recommend taking a look if you haven’t read about it. Truly, TRULY amazing!
