Each FUSION event brings us together through cacao and conscious dance, with something different added each month to explore, experience and connect with ourselves and one another.

This month, we’re inviting you to take a deeper breath, release what you’ve been carrying, and create space for what’s ready to come next.

Life has a way of filling us up. Thoughts, emotions and old patterns can take up space without us even realising. This is an opportunity to slow down, tune in and gently clear what is no longer serving us, making room for new energy, fresh perspectives and new beginnings. ✨

Whats included-

🤎 CACAO OPENING CIRCLE - with Hannah

We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, taking a moment to arrive, connect and settle into the space together.

💃 CONSCIOUS DANCE - with Dj Chewie

We move into conscious dance, allowing the music to guide us out of our heads and into our bodies. No choreography, no expectations — just movement, expression and the freedom to move in whatever way feels right for you.

🌬️ BREATHWORK - with Breathe with Lucas

This month, we’ll be exploring breath-work as a way to clear and release what no longer serves us, making space for new energy, fresh perspectives and new beginnings. Lucas will guide us through a breathwork journey, accompanied by music he has created and is sharing with us for this experience.

We’re delighted to have Lucas with us as part of the Resonate crew. He facilitated at our very first Resonate Festival and has continued to support our community in so many ways. We’re excited to share his work with our community. 🌿

Whether you’ve joined us before or this is your first FUSION, you’re welcome here. You don’t need experience with cacao, conscious dance or breathwork — just come as you are, with an openness to explore.

FUSION is also a chance to explore some of the experiences you’ll find at Resonate Festival and connect with others who are part of our growing community. Whether you’re festival-bound or simply curious, there’s a place for you here. ❤️

• A mug for your cacao ☕

• A water bottle

• Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in

• Something comfortable to sit or lie on

• Anything else you need to feel comfortable and supported
