27 April: Effective Leadership through Tasking, Tending and Trusting

Using a framework called Tasking, Tending & Trusting, created by Gillian Stamp, we will be looking at:

  • The balance and range of much needed leadership people-related skills, especially in these uncertain and challenging times.

  • We shall explore the depth and insights of this framework and then apply it to our own leadership and that of our organisation.

  • How well do my team understand and are aware of the purpose behind what we do and how we approach our mission and vision?

  • What are the areas of responsibility that are mine as a leader in relation to tending the people in my team/organisation?

  • Do I know how well I am trusted? Do I trust my team?
