The virtual summit is dedicated to progressing meaningful and tangible actions to stop sexual harassment in Australian workplaces, focusing on the public sector. It will draw on the extensive work of the Sexual Harassment National Inquiry (2018-2020) and challenge participants to embed recommendations from this inquiry into their workplaces.

NOT IN MY WORKPLACE is a collective of concerned leaders committed to creating safer workplaces for everyone. We are a collective of CEOs, senior Executives, Chairs and Board Directors from across private, not-for-profit and public sectors making a stand to bring about change. Not In My WorkPlace was incorporated in September 2018, under the Incorporated Associations Act. We work together to end sexual harassment at work Creating a safe place for leaders to talk about important issues through a series of events. Provide opinion and comment on topics, promoting awareness and debate. Develop alliances that amplify our voice. Our Purpose We work together to assist Boards and senior leadership to eliminate the risks and occurrence of sexual harassment in the workplace. We act as a conduit to connect responsible leadership with peers and resources to create safe and positive workplaces. We raise awareness through hard conversations.
