Respectful Club Culture

Could your club culture be improved? Working|training|competing alongside someone doesn't guarantee that we will like them BUT we do have to respect them. We ALL have the right to be safe, productive and respectful club cultures where we feel valued, respected, and heard and can just get on with what we love. This should be easy, but people don't always know what is 'Ok' behaviour.
